MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide families with young children strength based, relationship centered and meaningful programs that empower and support families and communities  to bloom to their fullest potential.  

 The Rose Garden is for families of all shades, colors, means and cultures. We are a family resource center that provides a safe  space for families with young children to play, learn, connect and grow through play-based learning activities, weekly wellness checks, opportunities for social connections, strength based parenting workshops so that caregivers will gain self confidence, build community and their children will bloom to their fullest potential.  

 We strive to build authentic and effective relationships to support families from all experiences and backgrounds while highlighting their strengths and guiding caregivers to begin advocating for themselves, their families and their communities

  Our diverse and dedicated volunteers are able to connect with families using their educational knowledge, work experience, and their life experiences.  

•  Caregivers will cultivate the resilience to manage parenting and general life when faced with challenges.
• Families sustain healthy relationships with one another and their community. 
• We offer support  by identifying, seeking, accessing, advocating for and receiving needed adult, child, and family services. The Rose Garden Co. is committed to providing a quality of service designed to preserve parents’ dignity and promote healthy child development.
• Provide a safe space that provides opportunity and experiences that enable the child to form close and secure adult and peer relationships, while learning to experience, regulate and express emotions.
